We sell authentic spiritual and religious products including rudraksha beads, gemstones, yantras, and related items through our online store.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to natural variations in handmade and natural items.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already placed will be honored at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept payments through:

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We will send you a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all orders across India, regardless of order value.

Delivery Locations: We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai): 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return, except when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellation:

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund including shipping charges.

After 24 Hours: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing errors or technical issues
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Unable to deliver to the provided address

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund including shipping charges within 7-10 business days.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.

Return Window:

  • 14 days for standard products from the date of delivery
  • 30 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items from the date of delivery

Eligible for Return:

You may return a product if:

  • The product is defective or has manufacturing defects
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product significantly differs from the description or images on our website
  • The product quality is below acceptable standards

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Include all original tags, labels, certificates, and documentation
  • Have the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • NOT have been worn, energized, activated, or used in any rituals
  • NOT show signs of tampering or damage due to customer misuse

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. We may request additional photos or information.

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • Return shipping label (for defective/damaged items – we pay return shipping)
  • Our return address
  • Return authorization number for tracking

Important: Always get tracking confirmation and keep proof of shipment.

Inspection & Verification:

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect the product condition (3-5 business days)
  • We verify the return meets our conditions
  • We notify you of approval or rejection status

Refund Process:

If Return is Approved:

  • Refund is initiated to your original payment method
  • PhonePe, Credit Card, Debit Card: Refund appears within 7-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund appears within 7-14 business days
  • Cash on Delivery refunds: Issued as store credit or bank transfer

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price is refunded
  • Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable, except for defective/damaged items where we bear all costs
  • Any discounts applied are reflected in the final refund amount

If Return is Rejected:

  • We’ll explain the reason within 48 hours
  • Product will be returned to you FREE OF COST
  • No charges will be deducted

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products: We arrange and pay for return shipping
  • For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items:

The following products/situations are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoices
  • Items that have been activated, energized, or used in rituals
  • Gift cards or gift certificates
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchange Policy:

For defective items, we can offer:

  • Replacement: Send a new item immediately (we bear all shipping costs)
  • Refund: Full refund of product price (shipping charges non-refundable unless item is defective)

Choose whichever option works best for you.

We also offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value subject to availability. Price differences must be paid for higher-value exchanges.

Damaged Items During Shipping:

If your item arrives damaged:

  • DO NOT refuse the package – accept delivery
  • Document the damage with photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof
  • We will replace the item FREE OF COST
  • No return shipping is necessary; we’ll send the replacement directly

9. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND QUALITY

We guarantee that all products sold on Navgraha In are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Natural products like rudraksha and gemstones may have natural variations in size, color, and appearance. Such variations are not considered defects.

Spiritual and astrological benefits mentioned are based on traditional beliefs and are not scientifically proven. Results may vary from person to person.

10. USER ACCOUNTS

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NAVGRAHA IN and its licensors.
