At Navgraha In, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer the following return windows based on the condition of the product:

  • 14 days for standard products from the date of delivery
  • 30 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items from the date of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the return request must be initiated within the applicable return window.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS

You may return a product if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the website description
  • Product has manufacturing defects
  • Product is materially different from what was ordered
  • Product arrived in unsealed or tampered packaging
  • Missing parts or accessories that were supposed to be included

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  6. Ship the Product: Send the product to our return address (which will be provided upon approval)

4. RETURN SHIPPING

For Damaged/Defective Products:

  • We will arrange for reverse pickup at no cost to you
  • Alternatively, we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the product

For Other Returns:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Keep proof of shipment until your return is processed

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Inspection:

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the condition and reason for return.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

Refund Method:

Refund Amount:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price
  • Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount
  • If the product was damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item, shipping charges will also be refunded

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products made specifically for you
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Products without original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page
  • Energized or activated spiritual products (rudraksha, yantras, etc.) once they have been used
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged/defective)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. EXCHANGES

We offer product exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for products of equal or higher value
  • The requested exchange product must be in stock
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded
  • Exchange requests must be made within the applicable return window
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch:

After Dispatch:

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged
  2. If you have already accepted delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  3. Provide clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges)
  5. We may arrange for reverse pickup or provide a prepaid return label

We take full responsibility for products that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues.

10. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

12. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner.

  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Accurate product descriptions and images
  • Products matching the specifications mentioned on our website

Natural products like rudraksha beads and gemstones may have slight variations in size, color, and appearance due to their organic nature. Such variations are not considered defects.

14. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If we cancel your order due to:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Inability to deliver to your location
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

You will receive a full refund including shipping charges within 7-10 business days.

15. GIFT RETURNS

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it:
