We currently ship to all locations within India, including:

  • All major metropolitan cities
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural and remote areas (subject to courier serviceability)

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Partners

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • India Post
  • FedEx

The shipping method will be determined based on your location, product type, and availability of courier services.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and product availability:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, natural calamities, or due to courier partner delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Order value

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (festivals, special occasions), processing may take up to 72 hours.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Payment: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹10,000 in serviceable locations. COD charges may apply.

For COD orders, please ensure cash payment is ready upon delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Tracking number and courier partner details
  • Link to track your shipment online

You can also track your order by logging into your Navgraha.in account.

8. Delivery Procedures

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure:

  • Accurate delivery address with landmark and contact number
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid government-issued ID for proof of delivery (if requested)

If delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees for re-dispatch.

9. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Delayed Deliveries:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check the tracking status online
  • Contact our customer support at support@navgraha.in or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX

We will coordinate with our courier partner to expedite delivery.

Lost Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner
  • If confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund
  • Claims must be filed within 15 days of the expected delivery date

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged
  • If damage is discovered after acceptance, report it within 24 hours with photographic evidence
  • Contact us at support@navgraha.in with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy

11. Address Changes

Address changes are accepted only before order dispatch. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible. Contact us immediately at support@navgraha.in if you need to update your delivery address.

12. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

You will be contacted to update delivery details. Re-dispatch will be subject to additional shipping charges.

13. Customs and Taxes

Since we currently ship only within India, no customs duties apply. All applicable GST and taxes are included in the product price or shipping charges displayed at checkout.

14. Force Majeure

Navgraha.in shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government restrictions
